You are crediting Pet Ahh with too much acting ability . He does the raised eyebrows rabbit in the headlights thing . That is it !

He is unaware even now that M&L are dancing around the edge of an affair "Oh I have to go out to meet someone " (a car client ) in knee high boots , lace tights , skort , leather jacket and full make-up.

Lauren will have an affair with him. (He is saying all the right things and he is the Hottest Thing On Two Legs in The Square )

Ian is astute , but he’ll probably be told to keep out of it by Mark or banged up for a few months so not able to warn Pet ahh that she’s playing away.
You never know, they may not do anything. The policewoman hasn’t much baggage , he may like a more uncomplicated woman even if she is a copper!
I know it’s doubtful 🤨

I can’t see Max with anyone apart from Cindy or Priya.
Chelsea was a probability pre all this with Jordan. Dee seems out the running and Linda may still be with Clive.
However, things move fast on EE and still time for him to woo any of them. Stacey and her children may return still. The pregnant woman could be a new character who knows? It’s a mystery

In the space of less than a year Max has :

Had a fling with Zoe
Had a ONS with Linda
Started an affair with Cindy ( resulting in engagement "She's the Love of my Life , Lauren" )
Fling with Priya

I am not rulin' out nuffink when it comes to Max and his roving eye and overactive libido .

Peet-ah doesn't seem annoyed with Lauren (even allowing for his terrible acting) so I agree he doesn't know about Mark.

Peet-ah didn't even notice that thigh boot outfit of Lauren's did he!

From next week's spoilers I don't think Ian goes to jail. Or if he does, it's a very short sentence.

Seems that Chelsea comes to Ian’s rescue by admitting her involvement in the incident.

I wonder when Jordon will walk again ? I hope he does.
The hospital has been full on lately with Jordan and now Joel and Denise in and out. It should have its own spin off show.

If Jordan goes to the same hospital as Amy ( post The Crush) and Nugget ( post Kidney Failure ) and Kat post Burns From Fire ) then he'll have three sessions of physiotherapy and playing football by October .

oh yes, i am sure that Jordan will be fine and it’ll be forgotten by next year.
Nugget’s treatments in hospital have been air brushed away!

As said before,y money is on the policewoman as the woman in the shower at Max's on new year's day.

I just watched on YouTube - not the whole episode , just bits .

Max might've paid Ravi ( they don't say who the victim is though , keeping their options open) .
Ravi would be more than able to find a gun. And the look on Lauren and Oscars faces in the video , they know he is more than capable of using it .

It would work into the tangled storyline if Ravi knew about Max and Priya but went along with the Mercenary Hitman for Hire role , with the intention of taking Max's money , maybe killing Lauren or Oscar and not that bothered about going to prison again.

Ravi is easy on the eye true but Mark has a nice little smirky smile and a twinkle in his eye . (And buys clothes that actually fit him !
And the actor (Stephen Aaron-Sipple) was a FireFighter before he became an actor .
Does that not raise his Hottest on Two Legs stakes a bit more ?

Agree with this! If it is the policewoman, it would explain why she 'just happened' to be in the toilet when the police arrived 🤔

When they open the door at Max's (mystery woman unlocks from the inside they don;t burst it down) the fella in charge has a "ooh" look. on his face .
Could be that he recognises her (if she is Policewoman)
Finding a pregnant woman in Max's flat would be a bit of a surprise as he's meant to be getting married

If the writers read these threads are they thinking "Bugger , we can;t have her as the Pregnant Woman or xyz as the Bride now . And we need to find a new gunman"

Hence the frantic carousel of people coming and going at a rate of knots, we keep guessing their storylines and perpetrators, and they think 'Drat those pesky meddling Mumsnetters!' in the manner of Scooby Doo's villains.

If EE has Chelsea run up in that court and say “I shouted at my son and it’s my fault” then Ian gets let off I’m going to be fuming.
i was so glad writers finally had some sense to stop blaming her with her conversation with Lauren.
I have shouted at my children before, not because I want to flirt the night away but because I have lol and not once did it result in them being hit by a car. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I really hope the “you shouted at your child and now he’s disabled you’re an awful mother” crap just stops

I wonder if Janine will return with Mick’s child quite rich ? Maybe she found an old man to fleece once she was out of prison ,he died and she has the cash to flash to rent a place and cause her usual havoc.
Nobody will want her , so she’ll have to find somewhere to live and have some money to pay for it.
Her only link now is Linda and she won’t be too pleased to see her around. I doubt that Kat and Alfie will be interested either, even though Tommy and Scarlett are half siblings.

Oh I’m sure that Chelsea will admit it was all her fault and Ian will be fine. Even though it wasn’t her fault really. Maybe Chelsea is the bride , Kathy said to Ian ‘ why you best man after what happened’ or something like that. Doesn’t explain my Nicola is being off with her NYD though?
We know Ian is around NYD.

Does Janine have any links now? I can't imagine anyone would have time for her after what she did.

If the policewoman was up the duff from shagging Mark she'd be 5 months on NYD. Does that look like a 5 month bump? If so could Max be helping Mark out by letting her stay with him. The nod between them?
