So the 'Who Killed Theo' saga carries on. I think we should find out who it is soon... Fit Kit and Swain are on the case still. (For what its worth!) 😆

Poor Sam has been sectioned, and is quite unwell, and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Gary and Sarah are in cahoots about something, (related to Theo's death, I think.) Oh, and Maria thinks they're having an affair.

Some random lads are chasing and threatening Brodeh. Who knows why!

Ma Driscoll has been quiet for a while.

Will is still sneakily staying in touch with Megan Trainer!

Alya's cousin Idris (who has never been mentioned before AFAIK) has appeared on the street, and has been seeing Leanne.

Carl, Kevin, and dishy Ronnie have buried the hatchet (for now! Hopefully it lasts!)

And what is Jodie going to do with Carl's gun?!

I think it was self-defense, but what will hurt Sarah is her and Gary covering it up. That could be considered consciousness of guilt.

I thought drunk Summer was rubbish. It was a very strange dinner party! I dont think Kit believes Gareh and Sarah are having it away, he’s just convinced Gareh is the murderer.

Which flat did Theo and Todd live in again? Flower shop?

Another one of those soap deaths where they go mad covering up something they'd probably get away with. I wonder how often it happens in real life that someone comes to a sticky end, and the first and only thing to occur to the hapless catalyst is how to scheme an elaborate way out of it.

I guessed that whoever did would be covering up when it would have been easier to fess up.

She could easily claim self defence, plus she was the only witness and Theo was a violent man.

I guessed it was Sarah ages ago. But it was so long ago I can't remember why. None of it made sense to me tonight because I have forgotten what was going on between Theo and Todd anyway. What did Gary do when he turned up? Why didn't Sarah just tell the truth? I feel this has been especially badly done.

I assume they have gone down this route to highlight a peculiarity of the law

In order to claim self defence, the force used must have been necessary and proportionate but how is someone meant to work out what is necessary and proportionate when they scared out of their minds?

So did Sarah do it because of that really horrible comment about baby Billy? Gary was right, Kit would have helped Sarah in a flash

It would have made more sense to phone her boyfriend - the friendly neighbourhood bent copper

Does anyone have a clue why Jodie battered Sarah?

On the night Theo was murdered, Jodie returned to the Platt house after being thrown out and trashed the place. Sarah came in (we know now Gary told her to go somewhere to be seen) and then Jodie struck Sarah over the head when Sarah tried to stop her and was about to look in Jodie’s trinket box. I guess it was done to give Sarah that ‘alibi’ to us viewers for a while.

Well Sarah has form. Isn't there still a body under the platts garage/converted granny annex that Sarah and kylie buried?

Well I never guessed it was Sarah because of her being attacked by Jodie the same night. She should have called Kit and claimed self defence.

Well I have to admit I thought it was a moustache too! When you saw him close up, it 100% looked like hair/a moustache!

Anyway, I have thought Sarah was the killer since she and Garreh started acting all weird around each other (maybe 2 weeks, 3 weeks ago...) But before that, no. I wouldn't have guessed Sarah because she didn't appear to have any reason to kill him.

Bit daft really as it should have been someone who hated him like Todd or his ex wife or one of his kids even. Making it Sarah is just silly IMO. It did seem to be the comment about baby Billy that pushed her into hitting him with the scaffold pole though.

Why couldn't Gary have just said he witnessed the whole thing? So much simpler.

So all this was just to throw us off the scent.

Wouldn’t it have made more sense for Corrie to have a temporary character who killed Theo rather than Sarah? Now who knows when the police will find out unless Gary will confess all to Maria and Sarah does the same with Kit
