Thread 13. Here we go!

Just caught up. So draining and grubby. Not to mention reputationally and psychologically damaging for some cast.

How old are these people? Around 30? They behave like early teens. The scene with the teddy was so cringe. And that was the least juvenile bit!

Gia (like most Queen Bees) apparently so insecure, she sets up ‘straw man’ enemies and manipulates to create cliques against them. Didn’t she even mention ‘sides’ to Juliette? She tried it with Stella (who gave her no rise) so moved on to Bec (who obvs gives plenty). Laughably claimed due to her ‘growth’ she didn’t weigh in at firepit, when she’d instead already stirred up Rachel (who wanted to move on) and Juliette (flying monkey). And why, oh why, did she rub the teddy on her boobs. Does she know where it’s been? 🤢

Juliette’s learned nothing from her foul-mouthed attack on Joel - and dressing down by ixperts. Freely admits she can’t control her anger/name-calling and argues it’s a part of her personality people just have to learn to live with. Or not 😶. Agree Joel didn’t call her out to avoid further escalation (mature IMHO). But think he’ll say something in private. Or simply sack her off once he’s capitalised on the exposure.

Bec needs to avoid alcohol. Also wonder if she’s affected by a traumatic brain injury (isn’t her facial reconstruction following an accident?). Agree she’s quite mature (and even funny) in her assessment of people’s behaviour. But then ruins it for herself/plays into being Gia’s ‘baddie’ by re/acting so badly: crass comments, inability to actively listen and empathise, fake apologies, finger pointing, shouting, DARVO etc.

Rachel obvs super-sensitive and needs to develop a sense of humour. Why would she even care what Bec says when she’s clearly unhingedfiltered? Agree she’s enjoying Stevo running after her. Their romantic date with the bowl of chips a moment of light relief 😂

Can’t forgive Alyssa for the vows knee-taking demand, but she and Stella are the only women who’ve behaved maturely and with empathy.

Danaconda giving controlling with his ‘Bonny and Clyde’ nonsense. Why does no one explain to him they’re not an aspirational couple: died together in a hail of bullets after she chose to go down with him 😶. So unhealthy encouraging Bec to be isolated, so he can be her ‘protector’.

If I’d watched last night, would’ve drunk as much as Bec, I reckon 😆

I can’t stop myself watching this but as a pp said it’s grubby and tiring. I’ll be out tonight so will catch up tomorrow! Yippee! Not

I've just watched last night's. What a mess!!
Bec and Rach blew it out of proportion, on a huge scale.
Almost all of the women are dreadful.

I think Bec has issues, but a sober Bec is capable of reflection. I suspect Gia has insecurities which could possibly be worked-through.

But I think Juliette and Brooke are deeply unpleasant and spoilt women who have used their looks to get what they want in life, and nobody says no to them; they have probably always ruled the roost and think they deserve the world. They don’t care who they have to stomp over to get what they want.

Omg I missed Gia rubbing the teddy on her tits! She’s such a bloody Alpha chimpanzee! Or scent marking it. Primitive behaviour for sure.

Danny is such a gas lighting loser.

Juliette is slowly digging her own grave. I think that Joel will still leave at the next CC. She is very unpleasant.

Gia rates herself and her looks which I think gives her buckets of confidence. This confidence is what makes her believe she is a leader and the popular girl. Reality is that most hang with her and side with her cos it’s keep your enemies closer in full swing.

Steve-Oh needs to do the right thing and write leave. There is slow burn and then there’s dead in the water. In real life Rachel would not be interested one bit. When they were hugging after the fall out, it reminded me of a mother hugging their child.

They all need to be a lot more Stella I say!

I think you just triggered me there a bit as just last week I had to have a conversation with that person that involved tears, snot, accusations, begging and deflecting. Now I need gin for dinner.

Ge only put Leave because she was foul to him. After that week he should have walked out. But no he seems to think he’s actually in a cosy relationship. Juliette has zero respect for him.

Also, Brooke turned out to be an epic loser 🤣

I think we would have seen a very different Scott if he had been paired with someone emotionally intelligent like Stella. I don't think he is stupid or spiteful, but in trying to be a good husband, he is aligning himself with PastaTits which is to his detriment. I don't know why I care so much, but I really want him to show his better self and be brave enough to challenge Gia on her behaviour.

I wonder if Gia was hoping for a punch up between Scott and Danny.
