I've only watched Episode 1 so far, but already I'm so confused. If Katie was with her mum's boyfriend, why were there all these photos of her zonked out on IG? Or were they fake?

I gave up after ep 3 it was like a bad dark comedy farce ! The mother got on my nerves didn’t rate the acting at all

I agree that instead of sympathising with the mother (in what is a terrible nightmare) she just started being irritating, popping up everywhere, a bit like Hetty Wainthrop Investigates, rather than a distraught parent.

When it was Katie that was out partying, they didn't give a shit. But as soon as it was their own daughter, suddenly it's all "she's only 17, he (Xavier) is a man". Talk about double standards.

I like a lot of the actors in this, but the acting is chronic! I'm watching the penultimate episode just to take the piss now and find out what happened. I really can't believe how crap it is!

I still don't know who was in the shower when Sarah rang Jason in Episode 1. Was that just supposed to be some random woman he was cheating with rather than Katie?

That's a low bar! Even DH has stopped watching Grace. John Simm should be ashamed, he's a good actor.

Actually I don't think John Simm is a particularly good actor, never have done; I think he's had the good fortune to be cast in some very successful shows.
