Lieutenant Virginia Taylor, is a local detective who makes it her mission to help Sarah find Katie

Nobody's expecting gritty realism, it's just a bit of fun: I'm enjoying it.

At least it didn’t give me high blood pressure watching it unlike the last series of the Capture which I had to stop watching!

Sarah is really irritating now! I'm guessing the body is not Katie's. Possibly the other missing girl.

She seemed to get over Jason's death pretty quickly , sitting at a table talking with the policewoman [can't remember her name] straight after he died with blood all over her blouse and had been up to her knees in water 😅

She already knew he's been lying to her about Katie, though.

What body, did I miss a bit I thought it was just a necklace they found? I must he an ep behind or wasn't paying attention. I thought they found the necklace then the bus driver got shot later on. I'll rewatch the end!

Last episode tonight , dh and I have watched it together and both think it's ok but only just .
It's certainly not a edge of your seat thriller and it's a bit flat and meh , but the story is quite a good one and we've come this far so will see it to the end .
Joanna Scalan is usually a good actress but I don't get the feeling she is throwing herself into the character .

I do like how Sarah is getting under everyone’s skin! Not letting it all drop.

If my daughter did what she did - which was basically collude with Odiles mother - I would find it very difficult to forgive. I would have trust issues for ever with especially as she must have known how her mum would react. Plus the trauma she put her mum through. Jason died because he came to the village to help. The whole village was fractured because of the chain of events.

That is I'm presuming she wasn't locked up when the cleaner was at work.

Am I victim blaming though?

I'm thinking that mum will frame it as a good thing her daughter did, and helped catch a killer.

I'm glad that Odile was found and the murderer apprehended though. And hope her mum isn't prosecuted.

I found it watchable, better than Grace ATM, which has really gone downhill. I thought the ending was quite good- we were all expecting evil men practicing white slavery; instead it’s a frustrated mother trying to get police attention.
Does anyone know where it was filmed? Credits small print & whizzed by & IMDB not helpful

Well that was weird ending but good and tied up loose ends

so Audrey the mum of missing girl odile picks up Katie late at night in the road and thinks if she goes missing they will look again at her daughters case

which they did

Tho was she locked up. She was missing a week.

and odile got killed by the copper due to drink driving and as wife as dying of cancer buried her so could look after her

tho why didn’t he confess once wife died ?

which I felt for the female detective finding out her bf was a killer

but due to Audrey doing this. Means Jason and Xavier’s dad died

so he killed odile and Xavier’s dad /retired copper

what was on the file that the killer male cop had on Andrew her dad
