Sorry to hear about your Dad Potterhead. DH is also NC with FIL and I dread the thought of him finding out something awful via Facebook. Even when a relationship has broken down, there are still complicated feelings.

I can’t help thinking that it would be handy to know what experience people had before they became private chefs. There seems to be a clear difference between those who have had solid restaurant foundations and those who haven’t.
