Depends on whether it’s blackmail or seduction. The faithful can refuse seduction and not be murdered (or at least not automatically murdered!)

Every single breakfast scene I have turned to my husband and said, 'I have never seen him/her before in my life' about at least one person.

Took me ages to put Roxy's name with the right person (who I really liked from day 1).

Just finished the episode, not watched Uncloaked yet.

I’m glad Amanda is gone as her persistent targeting of Jade was bordering on bullying. It was SO cringey watching Amanda tell Rachel THE TRAITOR that she was a super detective for the Met Police when all three people she thinks are traitors are faithfuls! Not helping the met’s rep there …

Reese has given up hope and he has clearly taken the “no one wants to believe me” to his core. He seems genuinely distressed which is uncomfortable to watch. Hopefully the hear is off him now with that huge bomb!

When I predicted Rachel vs Fiona as this week’s Friday cliffhanger, I wasn’t expecting THAT!

I’m not sure why Rachel told everyone. Fiona was plain jealous and reckless. The only relationship she has is with Harriet so I don’t think she’ll win this.

Ah ok but I imagine they can’t seduce face to face though as you’d know who they were and then refuse and know the traitors. I guess they just send them a letter and see if they accept?

It depends on the situation. Normally if it’s 2 Traitors recruiting a third then yes they can decline but it means they put a target on their back for the following night. If it’s one Traitor left recruiting another then they have no choice - it’s join now or die instantly.

If, when, Fiona goes, the faithfuls seem to relax the radar. So following that banishment will be a faithful.

I’m team Rachel on this one. Can’t stand Fiona. Whoever upthread said Delores Umbridge vibes is spot on.

To Rachel's credit (?) she did say she'd stick by Stephen and she has done that, trying to help him. I believe she probably would stick to that all the way through. Sharing the Amanda stuff would distract everyone from him etc.

I didn't like the way she ran round the rooms sharing like she had 'hot gossip'. But I guess she was passing on the (police) baton.

That’s how I’ve always seen it done. There have been face to face blackmails I think but you’re right it wouldn’t make sense to seduce face to face.

Rachel locked eyes with Amanda at the RT too.

The attempted seductee can also chose whether or not to reveal that they have been approached. It's a way to say "Hey I'm a Faithful" but they're likely to be murdered the next night in revenge

I sensed a slight power struggle, but didn’t expect this.
Fiona will do anything to get Rachel out, she seemed outraged that Rachel had a secret.
No amount of FBI training could’ve prepared Rachel for that 🫣

I don’t think that’s possible, or fair to other posters I’m afraid. Series 2 was 2 years ago so plenty of time to catch up.

Richard Osman did say that the production team had told him this series was going to be epic. I can’t wait to hear him and Marina discussing it!
