I wish they'd import the program to France, I'd love to apply. Although it would probably be ruined by French TV (the GBBO equivalent is awful here, the presenter can't say a single sentence without swearing).

I agree that on second look, Fynn’s was better and should have been POTW, but Keith got all teary over Elham’s ‘journey’

Those are a thing of beauty in their own right. Lovely.

Thank you @BishyBarnyBee, they're pretty basic ones, some people have great fun in making quirky shapes or ones you can hang up (much more sensible way of storing them as they're always in view).

I liked Elham's best so I'm pleased she got POTW. The figure's dress flowed beautifully and I loved the inscribing. However, I thought they were all a bit disappointing and not as good as things they've produced in previous weeks. Also, it was a shame we couldn't see the mosaics with grouting as it was hard to imagine the finished article.

I heard that Mary Berry had to be heavily edited. Who’d have thought that a national treasure could be so sweary.

I could handle Mary Berry swearing, the French host is just unpleasant and comes across as quote aggressive.

Sad that Bill left. I thought Angharad should have gone. Hers was so ugly - like something out of a horror movie and I hated the colour

I’m sad Bill left too. He was so talented but seemed to doubt himself and that sort of transmitted into his pieces. I think if he made it to the final, he would have been spectacular.

I think he blossomed over the weeks, and became much more confident.

I've just noticed that tonight's programme - the final - isn't on until 9pm because of Crufts! How dare they?!
