at least she took it all on board - I hate it when these people go on programms like this and ignore all the expert advice - whats the farking point

I watched this programme absolutely enthralled at the shop owner and her attitude to the customers! The bit about her not selling accessories ie necklaces 'because they have fat necks'!!! And her 'last chance' sack outfit. It was the best tv I have seen in months.
