I agree, they don’t make the most scintillating viewing but they do seem well matched and some people genuinely do fall in love that early and stay together happily ever after.
Nice to see people happy, especially when they haven’t trampled over anyone else go get there.
Such a weird programme, before ‘the intruders’ arrived , we hardly ever saw keye and davide apart from at the dinners etc .
I presumed it was because there wasn’t any drama with them so it wasn’t worth filming them (until Catgate) ,
it feels like we’ve seen way more of John and abi yet I feel I don’t know ANYTHING about them as people, other than she is a body builder.
i have no idea about John at all apart from yesterday when he said something about never having felt worthy of love before or similar, which was sad and touching but there was no context for me.
usually these shows really drill down into people’s personal pain, and heart wrenching stories. Maybe I just missed John and abi’s stories?
ive never watched uk mafs before but it does feel disjointed, as though they only filmed the dull bits and the engineered arguments and all the genuine incidents happen off camera and are just retold at dinners or on the sofa.
