Someone I know has a son who has had the operation to make a fake vagina which is what made me read up on it. The whole thing is horrific. He is still suffering almost 3 years after the operation.

I really like Sarah too, I feel very protective over her, why hasn't anyone in the group noticed. Dean couldn't wait to share his woes with his pals.
