Fair play Anita, good to see someone being completely true to herself. I wasted a good proportion of my life on a man who was ‘forgetful’, dozy, couldn’t remember to ask me questions about myself and had so many ridiculous excuses and I watered myself down and convinced myself I was being a primadonna. He said he’d try harder and every now and then just gave enough for me to feel safe, held and heard then slipped back.
I just got more and more disappointed and just stopped talking about myself.
there were reasons I let it go on that long , I wasn’t in a good place for other reasons.
I admire her for having that level of self esteem so early on.
Typing as I watch:
i feel for her being forced to try another week with him. He’s no spring chicken, it would take a lot to change a person at this age .

I think the forcing of people like this is very problematic, especially as women are far far too inclined to excuse buckets of shit from men.

The experts are talking absolute shit. Some of it is toxic .
