I am a couple of years younger than Carrie, and AJLT is making me think all I have to look forward to is illness, leakage, death, impotence, adult diapers and horrible entitled kids working minimum wage. Plus I am not even as rich or glam or slim as Carrie!
It's depressing.

The Seema having no money storyline makes no sense to me.

why did that theatre lady keep going on about her Michael Kors bag? Did she think Lisa would be impressed? Shameless product placement? Or was it to indicate that she was actually completely clueless? Weird.

I thought the Michael Kors might be a reverse snobbery thing. Wasn’t Lisa carrying an Hermes? Lisa is Manhattan, theatre lady is Queens I think - Lisa made a comment about “crossing the bridge” to come and see her as if this was a big burden. Theatre woman seemed to imply Lisa didn’t cross the bridge enough to see her dad and she’s become above herself. Reminds me of the SATC snobbery about Brooklyn and Staten Island, and the time in the post it episode where they are chased by girls from one of the boroughs saying you “city girls” think you are so superior (or something like that). Not sure how MK feel about the writing around that bit of product placement, but it wouldn’t be the first time AJLT have dissed a placed product- eg Peleton.

There’s no way that Carrie really thought they’d not be faithful to each other for the 5 years. The author guy is not for her either…cliched Brit with the tea and stew 😴 And why is his home so very less impressive than her place?!

I loved the episode & cried a lot! Still can't stand Aidan, never could, but breaking her beautiful glass & shagging his ex - eughh! Please get rid Carrie!

I wasn’t a fan of Che but do think that she helped Miranda find her sexuality & that has allowed her to get to where she is now with Joy. I’m still loving it!

Carrie bought the house “for Aidan & the boys”, keeps referring to it as “his house”, and keeps calling Aidan her boyfriend when she speaks to her friends about him. And yet we’re supposed to believe that monogamy NEVER crossed her mind? Right….
