He was a bit boring, but I can't help but feel sad
Mick's wife Lou left him, can't blame her quite frankly
He's abusive and repugnant inside and out, and quite manky

Mick wants to see Kit as he knows he slept with Lou
He's got Bernie now, but what is he going to to do?
Mick's nasty little son is out of the STC
Will he be as bad as Mick, I guess we'll have to wait and see

Debbie's quite ill, she's dumped Ronnie and he's very sad
Kevin's still battling cancer, and he's getting quite bad
Glenda's the new landady of the pub now, and Jenny and Daisy are gone
And Julie has died very suddenly, I hoped she'd go on and on.

(I'm sure there's some more things going on right now, but I've only just woken up after a rough night's sleep.) 😆

I actually fell asleep half way through last nights episode, so just watched the rest, it was so tedious.

I hate it when they lie about a terminal illness like cancer, really touches a nerve. Hopefully Abi will find out and leave with Lego man. Put me right off Kevin.

Hospital would have definitely notified Gary’s not on admission.

yep, lying about serious illness is one of those things that seems to happen only in soaps. It is hard to imagine anyone doing that in real life

Where did Bernie live before she moved in with Dev? Did she ever have a permanent home anywhere? Where is Mary? She just seems to disappear although she apparently house shares with Todd and George!

How did the hospital get into the messages on Gary's phone to see the fake message to Lou? Wouldn't he have a screen protector on?

Someones had Gary's phone as people were receiving fake replies whilst he's been unconscious. I'm assuming that's Lou given that Brody asked her if she had a new phone.
The hospital wouldn't ring that number to contact Gary's next of kin though.
Or has Gary somehow been 'identified' as Mick and the hospital rang Lou as her husband's next of kin?
I'm confused. It seems like Lou is involved one way or another. Mick could have arranged for Gary to be attacked I suppose.

This. ^ I get so sick of how everything is bumped off for bloody sport. Hours and hours and endless hours of horse racing and tennis for the past month, EVERY WEEKDAY. 5 hours each day. And in the evenings (now!) it's bloody football. Nothing else ever over-runs or bumps stuff off the TV. Even the bloody Brits were cut short when Adele had just got an award. They cut her speech off when she had barely started it. Yet, sport knocks anything and everything off. Sport trumps everything. Does my head in.

If it is Lou hiding his phone and sending messages she’s pretty sick. She was trying to get in his pants last week. Seems to be her normal while her bloke is in prison!

Now there's women's football to add to the list. It's still kicking a ball about, I don't care which sex are doing it.

Corrie hasn't been on for nearly a week now, and I feel weird about saying this (as a Corrie fan since the mid 1970s,) but I haven't missed it. I miss Classic Corrie more if that's not on for a day or two. I only realised I haven't seen it since last Wedneday, and I don't care.

I haven't missed it, and I don't care about any of the storylines or characters. Abi and Kev's brother are turning my stomach, and I don't care about any of the 'naughty' teenagers, or any of the new and young cast members (Lauren, Betsy, Dylan, Summer, and Kit's long lost 'son' ...) I'm not even that bothered about Asha or Nina really...

Sarah who is always overdressed and simpers over every man and drinks wine on the hour every hour just irritates me now. And the dreadful Lou and her perma crumpled and angsty face pisses me off, and right now I don't even care about Garreh. The very few OK cast members (Sally, Tim, Glenda, and George, and maybe a couple of others) are barely keeping it watchable now

It's lost something for me, and I'm not sure it will ever get it back. I will stick with Corrie for a bit, but this may be the beginning of the end for me with Corrie. It's just not improving, and the fact I haven't missed it speaks volumes.....

Sad.
