Cast announced as, Stephen Fry, Mark Bonner, Celia Imrie, Alan Carr, Joe Wilkinson, Nick Mohammed, Ruth Codd, Paloma Faith, Lucy Beaumont, Charlotte Church, Jonathon Ross, Kate Garraway, Joe Marler, Tameka Empson, David Olusoga, Claire Balding, Tom Daley, Cat Burns & Niki Omilana.

I’m looking forward to this. I have a feeling that it will be harder for the celebs - some of whom must know each other - to trick people, but will definitely be watching. I’m glad it’s a good cast with several comedians.

Now wondering who would be good traitors. Mark Bonner in a cloak would put a smile on my face, but I’m worried that Alan Carr could be a Linda.

Considering just how flustered Alan is about the whole thing, I wouldn't be at all surprised if he tried to murder another Traitor 😂
He is literally going to go down in Traitors history as "Being Worse Than Linda" 😆

Jonathan and Cat would be desperate to drop him in it at the next round table I think if he did that!!!

Great line up ! I hope it doesn’t go the way of other reality shows where they do lots of special ‘celeb ‘ ones and then end up with people your not too sure who they are ( tic tok , influencers and so on!)
Apart from Nico , I know who these ones are.
Nice it’s for charity and I think that I wouid be better off as a faithful myself! I don’t like too much skulduggery in my life tbh.
What would you all like to be?

I suspect Paloma is the most grabbable. He'd be too intimidated to touch the face of a woman who he knew less well so that would make Clare safe and probably the younger women. He might go for Celia as a luvvie but she has a shield. I haven't seen him interact with Charlotte.

If he is thinking straight (he isn't!) he'd avoid Charlotte and Clare anyway as they have a shadow of slight suspicion on them already.

Paloma and he are obviously already quite pally and both are tactile.

He has said already that he isn't going to pick a man.

I'd be sad to see Paloma go so early but I suspect it'll be her.

I’m hoping Alan is going to pretend there’s an insect on someone’s face and do a lot of flapping around to disguise the murder. I can’t believe they didn’t decide who to go for first! Crazy!

I guess they didn’t have enough time alone to decide on a person. JR seemed only to happy to leave it to Alan! Cat isn’t as well known to the others ( I assume ) as she is younger , but she could have easily touched someone’s face in ‘ oh, your make up is smudged ‘ or whatever, but it is a tricky one isn’t it!

I agree. He's bloody brilliant. Never have I seen anyone want to be a traitor less or be so hopeless at it 🤣

Alan Carr is brilliant, all chat and giggles to overnight sweating and stomping about it’s hilarious.
I’d be the same I’ve no memory and I’m terrible at secrets and an unconvincing liar if I’ve had to hide something that’s good news!
Hope it’s not Paloma I like her, but really what was Clare Balding thinking! The suspicion is on her now.

I think there may be more than one 'chair of doom letter' set. One at the castle and one at the hotel.

I love Joe Wilkinson. I thought Bob Mortimer was going to be in it? Paloma is good fun. I've always liked Charlotte Church. Gorgeous lass. Mark Bonnar is a good egg. Really good bunch to watch.

I found it interesting that unlike non celebs, most of them wanted to be the Traitors! I think it's because they all have main character syndrome and so want to be special. They are all performers I guess!

Claudia can do no wrong. I think she's brilliant.

Best thing I've seen in ages. Loved it. First actual TV I have watched in months.

@Windywuss I'd have loved Bob Mortimer to be in it, but maybe his health conditions ruled him out?

Aww I didn't know he had health issues (apart from his false dentures from biting into a KitKat chunky 😂). Love Bob.

Yes I was cracking up at him talking really loudly to Cat about the murder & she was like "Alan, be quiet!"

The task said that the Traitor had to rub their hands on the poisonous Lily and then touch the face of the person they wanted to murder.

Just a warning to anyone who has not seen the original 3 series yet, you might want to avoid Uncloaked with Ed Gamble on BBC2 after each show as they often have previous contestants on and they will discuss their own experiences - last night they had a previous Traitor from each series on.

Of course the sensible thing to do is watch tonight’s episode then you’ve got until next Wednesday to binge watch all 3 series!

I hope it's tameka (sp?) Murdered, she's the only one I would be happy to see leave, not for any particular reason just my least fave.
I like everyone in it so really dont want to see anyone go at this stage.
