Cast announced as, Stephen Fry, Mark Bonner, Celia Imrie, Alan Carr, Joe Wilkinson, Nick Mohammed, Ruth Codd, Paloma Faith, Lucy Beaumont, Charlotte Church, Jonathon Ross, Kate Garraway, Joe Marler, Tameka Empson, David Olusoga, Claire Balding, Tom Daley, Cat Burns & Niki Omilana.

I’m looking forward to this. I have a feeling that it will be harder for the celebs - some of whom must know each other - to trick people, but will definitely be watching. I’m glad it’s a good cast with several comedians.

Now wondering who would be good traitors. Mark Bonner in a cloak would put a smile on my face, but I’m worried that Alan Carr could be a Linda.

we’re rewatching as DD14 didn’t watch it with us last night - she loves Claud’s boots 😆

DD and I are really enjoying this so far despite not having watched The Traitors before! There’s no one so far that I really want to leave, although not that fussed about Tameka or Lucy. Agree that Alan is going to get found out as he just can’t keep a poker face.

It looked rather glittery, which is going to mean that unless he’s incredibly light in his touch, his victim may be wandering the castle with a conspicuous stripe of facial glitter for hours…?

If it were me, id say "oh you're glitter on your face' the make as if it's was rubbing it off.

It would either be a be a genius move or a total dud!!!

I thought I would be irritated by Paloma, but so far I’m finding her genuine and would love to see more. A particular type of chaos which would make interesting viewing, maybe different from the X-factor (the voice?) judge type roles I remember from her past.

In previous series the interesting characters are picked off quickly though, so I’m not feeling too hopeful.

Checking back in for tonight. Have recorded All Creatures Great & Small to concentrate on The Traitors.

I agree re Paloma being the most likely victim. But I’m here for the Drama of Alan with the glitter in the library.

It has been such a long day today waiting .....and there is still 1 hour and 10 minutes to go 🤣🤣!

I couldn't watch live last night but made dh and I stay up to catch up. Really looking forward to tonight. I feel bad for Clare, especially as before the series started, lots of people were saying how she and Tom had known one another for years, then he kept suggesting she was a traitor to other people. I think she's been brilliant - up until the lever mistake.

Nick impressed me last night and I hope he stays in for a while.

Although thinking about, don’t most of the ‘in plain sight’ murder victims still come to breakfast with the reveal coming at some point during the day? So they’ll all be there at breakfast anyway.

Sad as I am, I googled Tom Daley’s ‘Made With Love’ website, where he sells patterns, yarn and finished items. I was looking for his stripey jumper, but it is not there.
