Did anybody else get tickets yesterday?
I’m so excited, I love Shearsmith and Pemberton (and still nurse an almighty crush on RS). Also a bit nervous, as I still have to watch some episodes from the safety of behind a cushion.

@Herewegoagain751when I read your comment I thought you’d seen it in Mk on Friday (it was just after midnight) so if it was just the one show with JP it seems more likely he was losing it for real. It was brilliant, the comment about the Nolan sister 😆

We were sat at the front of the circle and I wished I’d had my distance glasses on for some bits!

Saturday night was Joe, it was so funny. We nearly cancelled as I can’t sit for long (I was stood during the interval trying to relieve my pain and looking like I was going to jump from the circle) but I’m glad we went. It was worth the pain!

Did David Tennnant do one date in London? There have been some amazing guests along the way. I think Greg Rutherford would have had me a little non plussed but he’s a local boy so it makes sense. He was on you bet this weekend.

Im going to Canterbury. Have they been doing signings at the stage door at the end of the local shows? we missed it because of it being a matinee so Im hoping that Canturbury might be one they come out for.

We're seeing Stage/Fright in Birmingham in October and Uncanny in Wolverhampton in November! I'm very excited.

I love Danny Robins and have watched all the tv episodes with DH but have to admit I haven't listened to all of the podcast. I find it too scary to listen to when I'm alone 😂 I hope that won't affect my enjoyment of the live show!

Anyone who's a Danny from Uncanny fan , the play 2:22 was written by him.
They have different actors ( we had James Buckley and Giovanna Fletcher ) there are four characters and it is set in the kitchen/dining room .

I didn't realise Danny Robins wrote it at the time ..

DH bought DD a TShirt (Inside Number 9 with the lists of the episodes on the back ) she can wear that .

It was from the Inside Number 9 website (I'd looked on Amazon, wBay, Etsy but found nothing ) , it was about £25 .

Limited sizes , got the smallest size , DD is a 6-8 so it should fit her , might be a bit baggy

Can anyone who’s seen the show (without spoilers obviously) advise any episodes/sketches it would be helpful to re-familiarise ourselves with before going? We’ve been rewatching Psychoville as I heard that was referenced a lot. We’ve seen all of League of Gentlemen and Inside Number 9 but probably forgotten a lot of it.
