Yes. Uk version funnier though definitely less strict about smiles and smothered laughter. I think probably because it's much funnier, if they were stricter, it would be over within the hour.

Downloaded the final 2 episodes for my train journey this morning, I don’t think this programme made me actually laugh but it was enjoyable nonetheless. Bit of a bizarre concept and I don’t know what value Roisin brought but I do like her. Jimmy had a bit of a role as the host but she was just sort of plonked in and didn’t really do much.

I really enjoyed this. Simple pleasure. Richard Ayoade is a delight.

DH and I were both crying with laughter and realised neither of us has properly belly laughed for far too long. We loved observing all different approaches. Joe Wilkinson’s RNLI ‘… and the Republic of Ireland’ is making me laugh just to type it.

Where might we find the Australian version, anyone know?

Oh, oddly it appeared before the UK one I was 4 episodes into when I tuned in today! I didn't see the Irish one, but from comments here that's no particular loss.

Started watching the Irish version. Pants. Turned it off after a few minutes 😕

I think Bob Mortimer has taken over the crown from the late genius Sean Lock as the "comics' comic", you can see how the others admire him. And Mortimer vs Ayoade? v. special. I'm going around asking people for their thoughts on kitchen islands, very much my sense of humour.

And another thing - Danny Dyer, he just brings out the best in people. National treasure.

I’ve been watching this series for years now, they’ve done them in lots of countries around the world.. finally there’s a UK version!

Watched all the other series, can’t believe it took UK this long to clock on! Love it.

So pleased to hear there is a UK one now. I have watched the German one and the Canadian one. Off to see if it’s also available on Prime in Germany

Bob Mortimer is absolutely glorious isn’t he. I adore him on Would I Lie To You, his lanky bastards song on this is hysterical.

I agree with what a PP said about him being funny busy existing and this is a great example. If anyone else said that it wouldn’t be funny

Have you ever seen Bob on Would I Lie To You? I used to think the same when he was with (not nearly as funny) Vic Reeves then saw him on this and it cracks me up every time I watch his segments.
