UK song is fairly average. Some number by the dustman who was runner up to Shayne on x-factor.

The Michelle Gayle runner up song was far more Eurovision. In fact I can still sing some of that now, but have long since forgotten Andy's.

Will be on holiday. Was mightily peed off when I discovered this. Don't think italians ahve the same sense of humour about it, and anyway, can't imagine keeping DS up in a bar to watch it.

I know I am so sad, but I just love it!
Funny thing is, I used to get really annoyed when watching the british version and Terry Wogans comments...but nowadays I much prefer watching it that way. Now I find the german channel tends to be far to serious about it, lol!

ha ha ha megglevache,I am in 2 minds about the chiki chiki. It is embarrasing, but I find it very amusing too, and very typical Spanish in a way - a mickey-taking song, when all attempts to win with "serious" entries have failed.

cant sleep - semis are on bbc3 now ... the estonia entry was special. Now onto moldova where there is some woman holding a teddy standing on a sofa. I think in a way its a shame we have the heats as there is some real talent here
