I actually really love the way Jason and Jean work together. After a series full of (mostly) flaky chefs, it is great to see two people who make a really efficient and competent team.

I like Mina as a judge. Very 'voice of the people.'

They are just great together.

The problem with sharing dishes like this is that I could easily eat all those potatoes myself. I'd be sticking my fork in the back of people's hands.

They just need to sprinkle the chefs amongst all the tables, so there's someone who does know how to serve it....
