It looks like the cheap tea-strainer I bought from Søstrene Grene. Now I've seen Jason doing that I think I might try using it to make chocolate truffles. I've been inspired.

I hope the judges like this - it looks amazing and has so many different bits.

I think this dish is amazing but perhaps belongs more to the year they did children's literature as the theme.
