I loved reading this thread while watching on a delay. As a Londoner, I was disappointed that none of the chefs was from London. A few whelks would have gone dahn a treat

I read about the filming. Day one is orientation, making the canapé and meeting the veteran. Day two is starters and fish. Day three is mains and pre-dessert. Day four is desserts. Day five is the judges' table and is apparently really stressful and hectic.
