There has always been a bodger in every one of these heats apart from the midlands.

GMB. Got to do better

Sunbird24 · 19/03/2025 20:54

That’s not tea, it’s neat gin…

He should've used crushed digestives in butter, then mixed a tub of philly cheese with a strawberry yoghurt.

littlbrowndog · 19/03/2025 20:55

Yep neat gin

Theeyeballsinthesky · 19/03/2025 20:55

Sunbird24 · 19/03/2025 20:55

Imagine that. Would have been 😎😎😎

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 19/03/2025 20:57

Deduct points! Hell be negative!

Hedjwitch · 19/03/2025 20:58

I loved Jean's presentation of his dishes

littlbrowndog · 19/03/2025 20:58

Jean 🥳

Maybe he was, and they had to reshoot with Lisa as he thumped the chefs and stormed out.

ArtTheClownIsNotAMime · 19/03/2025 20:58

Jean will walk it but I'd much rather eat Jason's food. Except his dessert.

littlbrowndog · 19/03/2025 20:59

Committiment He couldn’t be arsed

Sunbird24 · 19/03/2025 21:00

Ooh, did Andi say wildcard or wildcards?

OP posts:
CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 19/03/2025 21:01

I think they said there were multiple, but can't remember exactly how many. 2 comes to mind, but I could be making it up.

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 19/03/2025 21:02

And is Andi in a mother-of-the-bride dress? I'm not used to her in modest pastels!

Davros · 19/03/2025 22:32

I loved reading this thread while watching on a delay. As a Londoner, I was disappointed that none of the chefs was from London. A few whelks would have gone dahn a treat

PotterHead1985 · 19/03/2025 22:50

Did it turn out better tonight?

LaMarschallin · 19/03/2025 22:57

Did it turn out better tonight?

I haven't seen tonight's yet and am just off to bed.
Noticed you've not been on the thread until afterwards for the last couple of shows.
Hope you and yours are okay.
Like you, I'll be interested to catch up later.

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 20/03/2025 09:18

It was "as expected"... Jean was polished, Jason's a bit less so, but interesting flavours and Eran was a car crash.

Sunbird24 · 20/03/2025 20:06

Evening!

OP posts:
Sunbird24 · 20/03/2025 20:08

Ah, so Tom and Andi can each choose a dish to bring back. That’s going to be interesting…

I read about the filming. Day one is orientation, making the canapé and meeting the veteran. Day two is starters and fish. Day three is mains and pre-dessert. Day four is desserts. Day five is the judges' table and is apparently really stressful and hectic.

EsmaCannonball · 20/03/2025 20:11

Oh, the murder of Bibaa and Nicole is one of those cases that really got to me. Their mum always seems really wonderful. Great guest.

littlbrowndog · 20/03/2025 20:11

Yes Esma. How her daughters were treated by the police
