Bianca was great today. It's a shame she isn't staying long term.

Not much else happened really, they are going round in circles with some of these storylines - the funeral, Harvey, Teddy.

I want Bianca to stay!
I won't miss Sonia at all.
I hope the Phil storylines with Keith Allen are good next week

Apologies in advance if there are any Kathy fans, just wanted to say Kathy behaved like Cindy in last night's episodes. Kathy is very critical of everyone else, especially Cindy, but can't take criticism herself. I remember when she had a fling with Shirley's boyfriend, played by Karl Howman, and she was best friends with Shirley, who never found out.

I like Kathy, but I agree that she isn’t much better than Cindy. At least Harvey isn’t a distant relative by marriage or anything like that , but she is still being deceitful and I read that next week she tries to help Jean ! I had forgotten about the ‘ brush strokes ‘ relationship to be honest.
I wonder if Cindy will come back to get revenge and start meddling.

It's a long time ago (25+ years) but Kathy had two affairs whilst married to Phil. With Mel's brother and later with Grant.

I am a Kathy fan but she is testing my patience at the moment. I agreed with them that Harvey could not break up with Jean right now. So their answer to is to have a secret affair, which will of course will not be secret for more than five minutes. How about Harvey and Kathy pause their relationship for a fortnight till after the funeral?? Carrying on in secret just says they are more worried about the aggravation than Jean's feelings.

Kathy lost the moral high ground when she faked her death and left her young and very sensitive son behind (hard to believe but I remember Ben was gentle and sweet when he first arrived). He was forced to leave South Africa to be dragged up by a violent bully of a father he didn’t know and look where he is now. I do like her generally but agree she is a hypocrite. Cindy once said they are alike and she was right!

And now, she is supposedly busy grieving Martin who she loved as her son but finds the time for an affair with Harvey🙄 So precious Martin’s kids lose another (grand)father figure.

Absolutely spot on ! Yes the hypocrisy of Kathy Beale/Sullivan/Cotton and whatever Harvey's surname is !

Buster was the name of Shirley's ex who Kathy had yet another fling with, apparently he is Mick Carter's father and also Dean's father, he wasn't in EE for very long before the Femme Fatale of the Square got her claws into him.

P.S. Looking forward to Keith Allen making a guest appearance in EE, he is ideal for the show, a bad boy with charisma !

No sympathy for Jean at all, she’s a nasty old harridan, and the fact that she’s a martyr doesn’t excuse her nasty behaviour.

I thought the thing with Grant was later, after she’d split up with Phil?

Kathy is terrible when it comes to relationships, she gives terrible advice as well. Sonia was going to break up with Reiss quite early on in the relationship when she found out he had lied to her and Kathy convinced her to forgive him and continue the relationship. There have been some other people she’s given bad advice to whom I can’t remember off the top of my head now.

I thought Felix had already left!

Kathy always gives bad advice. She told Sharon recently not to worry about Phil as he’d be fine.

Her and Phill were married but were going through a bad period I recall with the alcoholism and the DA. Maybe they were on a break. Who can blame her for wanting an escape outlet and in those days Grant was hot stuff indeed!
