I was dreading the Shazzer scene but actually they didn't show much, and I thought it was well done. I suppose last night with Linda was building the viewers up to what a stud Grant still is (not) so the scene with Shaz was less of a surprise. Sharon really does manage to shoot herself in the foot at every opportunity, Teddy is awful though and no way he can keep her entertained.

I didn't understand why there was so much Reiss stuff in Sonia's house, but I suppose it was all things he'd brought with him and were stored around the house.

Lily is going to blurt out the 'Stacey secret' at the first opportunity (or at the funeral).

Wouldn't there have to be some sort of inquiry/investigation before Martin's body was released for burial? It seems very soon. Ruby was an on-off girlfriend so why is it up to her to organise the funeral? It will probably be the whole East End style coach and black horses parade which will cost £Ks so I guess Ruby has money. I see Lily is morphing into a podgy, gobby nightmare, just like mum.

Yep, Zac must have been with Nicola when he was only 20.
He doesn't seem the type to like older women , but she is a bit of floozy !

He did have a fling with Sam though so perhaps he does!

Lily will definitely tell Ruby something soon. It's been sign posted!
Would they need an autopsy for Martin if it was real life ? An inquiry at least ?
Especially as two men died there , how or why it started etc? Why hasn't much been mentioned has it and probably won't be?
I did feel sorry for Bianca.

@Bunionbabe Me and OH were saying the same thing, surely there would have to be a coroner’s report and possibly an inquest. But Lacey needs to go on maternity leave and Louisa is starting rehearsals for a stage play, so they have to get on with it asap 😆

I agree Lily is a gobby nightmare. And not gobby in a good way like Bianca.

I think tonight might be Grant's last appearance? Please Nigel do not go with him. Go back to your nice wife.

Am so overthinking this but I don't think it works having Grant and Phil together anymore - as when Grant left Phil become both nice guy and nasty guy (and more interesting). If Grant comes back they would both be competing for the same fucked up character space

In reality the police and forensics would have been all over the whole site. Two people dead and an explosion caused by a runaway car driven by a wanted man. There would be a lot of questions before anyone starts talking about funerals.

There was no coroner's report or inquest on Chantelle Atkins, where in RL the injuries she suffered for months prior to her death would have been apparent.
EE is very dark at times.

Those scenes with Johnny Carter and Bianca, I had to remind myself that Johnny is gay, they were really comfortable with one another.
