Back to tonight.... Add more to the plate!

Theeyeballsinthesky · 27/02/2025 20:26

At least they have listened to Spencer

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 27/02/2025 20:26

So basically Spencer has re-written their menus, with detailed instructions on how to cook them. And we all know he could still do it better!

littlbrowndog · 27/02/2025 20:28

Home bargains have got walkers cheese toastie and bean crisps for 99p they are fairly nice

PotterHead1985 · 27/02/2025 20:28

Ah the communion wafers

littlbrowndog · 27/02/2025 20:28

Good props

Sunbird24 · 27/02/2025 20:29

What’s the point of having the story facing away from the diners? Do they even know it’s there?

Good point

namechangingeasy · 27/02/2025 20:31

Cerys is easy to please

EsmaCannonball · 27/02/2025 20:31

Lorna won the banquet with her chocolate coconut-effect dessert.

EsmaCannonball · 27/02/2025 20:33

I like a woman who travels with spare fans.

Andi could have made a cameo appearance in French and Saunders' send-up of Dangerous Liaisons.

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 27/02/2025 20:34

Oh dear. The lamb....

EsmaCannonball · 27/02/2025 20:34

'How's yer, lamb?' sounds like it could be the Welsh version of 'Ey up, me duck!'

PotterHead1985 · 27/02/2025 20:35

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 27/02/2025 20:34

Oh dear. The lamb....

I could just about eat it, altho I'd prefer it a smidge more

EsmaCannonball · 27/02/2025 20:36

This dish needs to be accompanied by a recording of Richard Burton reading Dylan Thomas.

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 27/02/2025 20:38

Ooo, maybe those extra 7 mins were the charm! I like my lamb very rare... When it's fresh Welsh meat. If it's been frozen for months, I have it a bit more done. My mum did it until it was grey. And all veggies were boiled until all vitamins were destroyed.

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 27/02/2025 20:40

I'd have to pinch one of those chips out of the bowl! Lol

Good fresh lamb can be less done.

jay55 · 27/02/2025 20:41

Do butchers shops still put things out on fake grass?

Sunbird24 · 27/02/2025 20:42

If your meat’s singing it’s definitely not cooked enough

those Cows died for nothing Lewis!

ChonkyRabbit · 27/02/2025 20:43

How lovely of Lorna to spontaneously ask Cerys about her new book

Edited

I don't like sharing dishes. If I were at the banquet I'd feel obliged to be polite and eat fewer chips than I'd like.

Sunbird24 · 27/02/2025 20:43

We have a wedge of melon with a bit of brown sugar, ginger and sherry, makes an ok starter

Mum was from Brizzol. We used to live in S Wales, funnily enough. My friend's family had a rare breeds sheep farm. They were delicious!
