I’ve watched the first episode. Anyone else up for this?

Yes I also found it really funny with Ivar. I read quite a lot of both highbrow news and lowbrow celeb stuff and I had never heard of him. I do think he came across well though. He's "the" lord mountbattens nephew, right?

I agree! It gave me a warm fuzzy feeling watching it and all the winners deserved it.

However I feel like there was a lot of cheating going on at the penultimate round table. Danielle REALLY threw Britney under the bus and basically cheated!! It was giving Kieran vs Wilf vibes

I have watched pretty much all the series and that was the best ending. For once the faithfuls win deservedly and it was so good they didn’t throw anyone under the bus at the end.

It was a great ending, so much better when greed doesn't take over.

Ah the best ending was still in Aussie Season 2 😂

I took Ivar to be saying my family said never get involved with the press … and I didn’t. Good for him for keeping such a low profile u like - ahem- others

Australia season 2 is a brilliant watch if not for the stupidest faithfuls ever to exist

I felt Ivan had a bit of Harry Enfield's Tim Nice but Dim about him.

I was glad Britney didn't win, overall pleased with the winners although I could have lived without Delores. I admired her refusal to vote with the crowd, though.

@JandamiHash I agree Danielle was making it extremely obvious for them, but I do think Britney was toast before the final anyway as they all had distrusted her at one point. I felt like Britney's mistake was to go for Dylan rather Ivar or Gabby though who had previously faced scrutiny. Basically you got the impression though they all trusted each other more than they trusted her by that point.

Does anyone know when the Reunion episode is going to be on iplayer? I couldn't find any info.

I assume next Friday? As it shows yesterday's was episode 11 of 12.

@burnoutbabe thanks. It's the first time I've watched it as it aired. So much drama, but the Faithfuls won out. Interesting to see how the Seer was so different (obviously because it was a Traitor who won the power).

This series was much better than UK3. Really enjoyed the ending. It was Shakespearean in its own way, with the Faithfuls easing the win after the Traitors spent the whole time more concerned about getting each other out. Lovely to see all four Faithfuls win, too, and not force it down to two for extra dosh.

I didn't know any of the contestants. Really enjoyed Carolyn and Rob as Traitors, and Gabby and Dylan as Faithfuls. Danielle was a disaster zone and I was relieved when she was banished. Rob was tremendous at the round table! I wanted him to remain just so he could give some more masterful deflections.

Didn't like BobTDQ at all. Did anyone catch what he said at one point - something like 'if bitches chat shit, bitches get hit'. Absolutely foul, but then his career seems to be mocking women anyway, so what can you expect.

Yes I did, he also called one of the women “bitch” on the penis statue task. I don’t understand why gay men get to be misogynistic and we just have to accept it

Yes I agree, he was horrible when challenged, really unpleasant.

I might look for the reunion online tomorrow. I think they miss a trick not recording when people who have been murdered or banished find out who the traitors are.
