It amused me when they all pointed out how calm he was when emerging from the coffin. Have any of them actually talked to him much about his day job? 😆

How old is Charlotte? I'm Welsh and 45 , and didn't have to take GCSE. They do now though, and Charlotte is younger me so it depends when it came in. I know some from pre year 10, but only odd words or phrases. I couldn't hold a conversation and would describe myself as not speaking Welsh if talking to a Welsh speaker. Equally I did do a GCSE in french but couldn't hold a conversation with a french speaker decades later. So I think it's totally believable. Far more people in south Wales don't speak Welsh then do, especially Monmouthshire where Charlotte said she was from.

Although I think it's ridiculous pretending an accent (particularly when the Welsh people on series 1 and 2 were traitors, so in the context of this game I'm not sure anyone would associate it with trust!), but she has at least made it easier for herself by going quite soft on the accent, so little slips are unlikely to be noticed, and that does fit the area she claims to be from.

It would be better if there was more incentive for traitors to disrupt things. Like a separate money pot

Or, they pull in the boat with an empty coffin in it, then just before they open it he hops in and they all pretend that they opened ip to find him.

I'm not sure why being calm in a coffin means he's a traitor though. You can be a traitor but still very nervous with small spaces and that situation. They seem to think being traitor is a character trait rather than something they were picked to do only days before!

He would diplomatically use the stock answer he's used before change the subject or bore them rigid with protocol.

I haven't heard any of them talking to one another about their day jobs actually, unless they have and I've missed it.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but I can’t understand why Minah didn’t choose to recruit Jake. His reaction when Linda went out and all the others admitting that he’d been right about her along, makes him a prime candidate to be a Traitor.
I don’t really understand why it ‘had’ to be a woman.

They will have talked about them, there's just no space in an hour episode for that kind of stuff. But I imagine Alexander has been smart enough to play the job details down slightly and that bunch of dummies wouldn't realise what being a diplomati really entailed.

She wanted to keep the 'stserhood' going. Maybe she was told too after the boys club last year.

I think Jake would be a terrible recruit. He would throw her under the bus and he is regarded as a safe faithful after last night. Minah needs to murder him asap

I think it’s a mistake for Minah not even to consider recruiting a man. On the other hand, I can sort of see where she’s coming from. When Armani had gone, Minah got used to being the “boss” traitor with Linda apparently happy not to have to lead on strategy (!). Minah now presumably doesn’t want an alpha male coming in to boss her. Or a beta male coming in to whine at her.

Of all the men I think Freddie would have been the best choice. Minah could still be the leader and he's already had some heat on him.

Yes, I definitely think Fozia would have comforted Leon, 100% as contestants say.

I loved Fozia on Uncloaked, great sense of humour.

Linda on the other hand came across as just playing along because she has to in front of the camera.

IIRC Fozia is the first person to have been murdered by the traitors face to face like that. So I think she took it reasonably well by laughing, I can imagine many players from season 1-3 being much more pissed off in that situation! We don't have anyone to compare Fozia too in that way. Linda (and she and we, know it was Linda who wanted Fozia murdered) ended the game for her, and Linda had that stupid smirk on her face when she took her hood off. As I said, many would have said a lot worse!

Linda seemed to forget it's a game and take Fozia's suspicions about her being a traitor personally - even though she was one. She seemed to see it as an insult against her. She would get terribly defensive if anyone questioned her by saying 'well, actually I think you're a traitor!' Or words to that effect. There was no clever deflecting or reasoning, like we've seen with Minah.

Fozia proved to be right - Linda was going out next and her days were always numbered (well, she lasted a lot longer than any of us thought she would, but still). Linda lasted as long as she did because she was so so bad, no one thought she could possibly be one.
