@CurlewKate I agree, a lot of the things they make are a bit twee but that's part of the fun with pottery. I now look at some ceramic things which I used to think were horrid with a different sense of appreciation, especially when it comes to glazes.

I still think James for the win. Him and Steve in the final, not sure who the 3rd will be though.

That was episode 7, so must be 2 more left?

@CurlewKate Yes there is some hideous happening, particularly this season 😂

The vegetable lamps were pretty hideous. The winning mushroom was just the least ugly, and even it I would not have given house room to.

These double gourd pots look difficult.

But I mostly came on to celebrate that finally Keith has a jacket the right length

Natalie might get extra points for doing it in one throw?

I like to think that Keith’s nearly flat top is a wonderful triumph of hope over experience.

Yes it's lovely, if the finish is good she could win

It mainly means the pot won't have a massive weak spot right in the middle which will make it less fragile when firing.
Francesa's is a disaster, her decoration had better be breathtaking otherwise she's in big trouble.

I think Iike the long neck on Natalie’s. It does look tricky, a good quarter final challenge. I like the fabric of Siobhan’s dress.

Sorry that wasn't very clear, I meant Natalie's bot will be stronger than those thrown in 2 parts (I realise technically she did it in 2 parts but at a less dangerous part of the pot).
