Regarding Leanne being charged. Have the CPS had a rocket put up their backsides. I’ve never known them to move so fast in all my life. She was only interviewed less that a week ago.
Also as If a Police Officer would smugly tell her on the Street. Would she not be served official Court papers by a courier.

Swain did say she'd be receiving the papers I think. But nothing Swain or Kit do is even half way realistic. Swain would have been fired years ago.

Leanne would get a suspended sentence and community service surely, I doubt she'd get jail time.

And while we're on the subject - is Max standing trial for aiding and abetting an offender and perverting the course of justice? I have missed a few episodes but he never refers to it in his endless talks with Lauren. At least DeeDee pointed out to Lauren the flaws in her legal arguments.
