she can’t be dead because they’re setting up a big screaming match because of Jessie sleeping at Eileen’s.

The Xmas eve episodes are always pointless and could be not bothered with. They just have one or two twists ready for Xmas day.

I didn’t watch Corrie in the Richard Hillman days. Did he die or is he still alive?

That’s Corrie at its best, you need to watch those episodes! The way he is, all is ster and everything. So good

How did everyone else not drown but not him? I’ve seen clips of them going into the canal. Couldn’t be bothered watching it, it always looked a bit silly.

But how did Sally get to like Mason and why did he go their house for help with Betsy?

Last I remember she was annoyed that he could be having a wash in her jacuzzi

Joel was hit on the head at least twice, once by DeeDee (i think) and then again by Lauren.

I don't think DeeDee has confessed to her part in this and so the prosecution are going to claim that Lauren hit him twice, which shows intent to kill not self defence, whereas if DeeDee does confess and so it is known that Joel already had a head injury... that would probably get Lauren off. She couldn't have known he already had a head injury.

Anyone think Gails going to go so nuts at Jesse kipping at Eileens that she has some sort of dramatic aneurysm and her head pops off like an exploding lemming (if anyone remembers the game)...

Tim has been helping Mason and Sally has seen that he's behaving well, that he got her car back or ring back or something like that..

He turned up at Sallys with drunken Betsy, looking for help, which further impressed Sally that he was behaving responsibly.

Leanne and Toyah etc - she's set up the whole fraud thing, bank account in Toyahs name, moved money from the Bistro accounts. Toyah and Nick have obviously figured out the game she's playing once they had chance to compare stories and are trying to get ahead of her but now she's trying to claim that Nick and Toyah are defrauding the Bistro together, using Nicks gift to Toyah as evidence that they're an item.

I'm pretty sure Deedee went to the station and confessed to hitting Joel with the crowbar.

Hi and happy Christmas all. I gave up on Corrie in 2017 after watching for 35 years but will watch today’s as it’s Gail’s last episode. It’s already on ITVX, btw.

I liked last night's episode. Good to see all the old timers and some good lines about Gail’s many exes. Rita's wig really is something nowadays!

Genius to show her being haunted by Hillman, they could not let her exit go by without that. Those were the days!

The problem is, it shouldn’t all have been crammed into 30 minutes, it has been so rushed. And I could do without Evil Leanne and her mardy face.

Gail will of course marry Jesse, if only to get away from those memories and the continuing antics of David.

I honestly thought Gail was gonna die.

I thought that was a silly episode. Apart from the cliff hanger finish, which was obviously going to happen. Even if it was Kit’s baby they’ll probably split up when it comes out about him also sleeping with Shona.

How near is the police station meant to be? They went from the wedding to the station and back like it was just behind the bar!
