This is our tenth anniversary of sharing our thoughts on Our Girl series one and have subsequently watched the other three series, followed by Soldier Soldier, The Musketeers, Spooks and Hustle so thought it was time to try something different. Here she is again...Mrs Bates the trouble maker, summoned by the other trouble maker at Downton. It's all going to hit the fan now.

Here comes Matthew. He's not a pretty sight. Even worse than dear CJ when he came back from Afghanistan.

The label on Matthew is a bit like the one on Paddington Bear.

Meanwhile, William is brought to Downton. Daisy is feeling so uncomfortable about the whole situation.

At least O'Brien is feeling regret at her actions.

How old is Daisy supposed to be. Given the age they left school in those days, could she be 14/15?

Certainly the care wasn't quite the same standard as that at Bastion...oh the Afghan grime in his hair that Molly wanted to brush away...not sure she'd want to put her mitts on Matthew's Flanders mud encrusted locks!

It's 6 years since Downton started so she must be at least 21 by now.

Matthew is paralysed from the waist down it seems. Poor Lavinia and Mary. Ooh and nothing going on in the downstairs department, so no hope of an heir.

Of course, we forgot about Ethel. She's got a baby now and Mrs Hughes is helping her out. Ethel is desperate to speak to the father who is doing what they did in those days and leaving her totally in the lurch.

Of course, I wasn't thinking how long since the series started.

Daisy looks so young and is so incredibly naive.

I guess she could be 18 or 19, if she left school at 12 or 13.

The very thought of having a married woman on the staff at Downton, even though her husband has died.
