If Nick is back I'd rathe see him stay than Paul. He seems to be taking it seriously whereas Paul seems to not really give a fuck about any of it and to really not get Strictly at all.

Motsi was the MC from the Bodyguard. Nick got injured in training so had a bye.

Glad Toyah has gone, she really was the worst. But Paul needs to go next week - he really doesn't want to be there does he.

The rom com dance was pleasant cheesiness, certainly better than the minion horror of last night.

Lauren was gorgeous in that dance and Kai squired her beautifully. So nice to see a whole dance, rather than them leaving to allow camera to focus on a wailing singer, then come back in again.

Apparently Neil and Katya make a fortune on the cruise ship circuit and also have a contract with Alton Towers (despite the divorce). That added to their tour revenue and Strictly fees means they must be very comfortable.

Did the editing seem really poor on tonight's results show?

I recently read Rebecca Humphries' book on what happened after the fallout of Katya kissing Sean Walsh when they were partnered up (RH's boyfriend at the time) and I just can't warm to Katya at all.

And Tessbot is the best name for her! It is literally like someone has built her and Vernon Kay in a factory. Even though they're both conventionally attractive, tall blah blah blah, I don't think I'd remember anything about them if I met them - it just astounds me how someone can be so utterly bland

Tess & Bruce worked because she was his straight man, well woman. Same with Des & Mel.
She’s lost on her own. They should have Vern on every week pulling faces behind her 😄

It's his annoying face and his voice and just him in general - he's unbearably annoying without even trying which is quite a feat 😂
