I voted Cieran & Nicole, but don’t mind the result as I like Josh and how he’s handled things & I tbh I thought he & Mimi might slightly edge it.
Shame Sean & Matilda didn’t come fourth.

So hope Jessy dumps Joey before he ghosts her like the others. He's so insincere and , unfortunately , I doubt he'll ever find a true relationship. He hasn't got the emotional maturity for one (sadly , possibly due to his background). Jessy deserves better and hope Samantha gets over it too. Grace has at least got the measure of him.

Oh wow I’m shocked - Josh looked as confused as I felt haha so much for me thinking everyone was voting for Nicole and Ciaran?! I had issues downloading the app and didn’t vote at all so I can’t complain! 😂 I thought the whole of Wales would back them though. Wonder if their fanbase got complacent or what? Will be interested to see the vote breakdown.

I wanted Ciaran to win but SO happy for JOMI. Black girls used to do terribly on Love Island and things have changed gradually so this was nice to see. Especially after the casa thing. And also IMO Josh was fab throughout his short time in the villa although Ciaran was my favourite boy.

I have a feeling Ciaran and Nicole might get all the big interviews and brand deals anyway. quite often the finalists who don’t come first do better in various ways. But I wish all four of them the best.

backtracking on being so vocal and saying he’s not sure if he counts Joey as a mate anymore ?! Again I think it’s a case of realising he backed the wrong horse rather than any moral conviction but it made me laugh anyway 😂

I think Mimi’s makeup was better matching her skin tone tonight which is partly why she looked a bit different. I assume they all get it professionally applied on the night. They all looked great!

I think the voters have got wise to the game plan of being a couple from the get go, but some of the contestants are a bit behind. I bet next year they’ll be binning their partners off like there’s no tomorrow.

Thinking about this a bit more, I think for the last three years, voters have voted for their favourite woman: Mimi this year, Sam last year, Ekin-Su the year before. I think the men and the state of the couple are becoming irrelevant, with what I presume is a predominantly young female constituency.

I think you’re right this year and it’s happened before too (Amber and that Geordie guy) but I reckon Davide was just as, if not more, popular than Ekin-Su. People loved the character

I think it is great to see a black couple to win regardless of whether or not they stay together. As for makeup, I thought it was Nicole, who looked the most different. I hope she was watching the make up artists for tips.

I think the Sean backtracking was commented on earlier. He’s so different from when he went into the villa and maybe he just got carried away. He is still young and the reason for him having an ‘oh shit’ moment can still bring about change so I do hope he will take some time to reflect upon his behaviour.
