Me too fire breathing man. I don't cook with salt at all and sometimes find restaurant dishes too salty for my taste.

I guess the prospect of pig-man operating the inevitable hot-coal grill in the restaurant is too perfect to give up.

Did they get a cheap deal on lamb or something?

And speaking as a former Lancashire lady , imo lamb neck needs long slow cooking with sliced potatoes, ie a hot pot, I can’t believe that lamb neck cooked any other way is anything other than shoe leather.

If they’re using dr george they better use dr dinta!
