I can’t find the rest of this week’s episodes on iplayer yet, are they going up? I have work early tomorrow so yeah, I should be in bed but….

No, they won't go up ahead now, that was just last week.

Sharpness19 · 10/01/2024 22:26

Thanks for the replies …boooo though

charliecoopershair · 10/01/2024 22:29

The Traitors Uncloaked is good though.

The Traitors Uncloaked is good though.

Is that on tonight?

charliecoopershair · 10/01/2024 22:45

It's on iPlayer now, episode two is about tonight's episode of Traitors.

CaveMum · 10/01/2024 22:47

Don’t forget there’s also bonus material if you listen to the podcast on BBC Sounds.

Bless Joel reassuring Brian that everyone doesn’t think he’s a total nutter!

The Traitors Uncloaked is good though.

It wasn’t as good tonight, I really liked Stacey and Tom last week. Joel Dommett was great (clearly a huge fan of the series), but Giovanni was a waste of space.

Desolatewardrobe · 10/01/2024 23:16

I assumed Giovanni had been wheeled on as a show of support for him by the BBC. He wasn’t a great guest at all.

So that makes me wonder who they booted to put him in 🤔

Probably one of last years contestants, who would have undoubtedly been more interesting!

I do hope they get Wilf on at some point.

TheMadGardener · 11/01/2024 12:13

Yes, I really hope they'll have Wilf and Amanda from last year as podcast guests!

MotherofGorgons · 11/01/2024 13:06

I think the Faithful may win this time. They seem smarter than last year, plus the Traitors have been really badly chosen. They should have chosen Evie/Charlie.

Diane, Zack, and Jaz especially. I hope smart people win either way; please no more Aarons and Meryls cluelessly going to the finals.

Claudia is really rather Trumpian, isn't she?

NonPlayerCharacter · 11/01/2024 13:16

I'm starting to wonder if it's a good game plan for Faithfuls to try to keep the Traitors in for a bit, once they think they know who they are. You don't want them recruiting all the time so that it becomes harder to spot them, and if you can get some Faithfuls on side, you could block vote them out once it really starts mattering and each vote counts for more as there are fewer people.

Risky, of course, but that's impossible to avoid.

MotherofGorgons · 11/01/2024 16:00

Ha that's very funny @StrangeNew

Theatrefan12 · 11/01/2024 22:17

I had the three up for murder on my predictions in the online game from the start of the episode so obviously thinking like a Traitor 😂 I have Charlotte as first choice then Diana then Tracey

Annoyed that I switched Johnny and Anthony around at the last minute

I think Ross now has a target on his back after tonight’s round table. He led the group effort on Johnny who everyone loved. I wonder if Diana is murdered whether he will reveal he is the Ross of Diana Ross

NonPlayerCharacter · 11/01/2024 22:24

Why are they thinking of offing Charlotte? She's a strong Paul ally. She's the Hannah of this series.

StrangeNew · 11/01/2024 22:32

But being a vocal ally of one of the Traitors is probably a good reason for them to murder you. Throws everyone off the scent.

Tonight was excellent!

Tonight was excellent!

But even then...wouldn't people go back to thinking "why didn't they just off Paul?"?

It's so frustrating seeing them skirt around the Paul-not-being-murdered issue! The simplest and most obvious explanation is the right one!

Theatrefan12 · 11/01/2024 22:42

I think it’s funny when they say “he/she could never be a Traitor”.

First they have only known each other for about a week (Diane and Ross excluded) and second it’s not as it they applied to be a traitor or faithful it is just luck of the draw of the producers in who would make good tv, well except for Miles but he is so bland he is probably forgotten about by everyone

I think they missed a trick not including either Diane or Ross as a Traitor just to see how that dynamic worked

MotherofGorgons · 11/01/2024 22:44

Exactly!

MotherofGorgons · 11/01/2024 22:45

Also, I take back what I said earlier about the Faithfuls being smarter than last year. They are thick as mince.

LizziesTwin · 11/01/2024 22:50

I find the whole ‘I love you’ to strangers to be quite ridiculous. They don’t even know each other, why are they declaring love on tv?

CaveMum · 11/01/2024 23:03

@MotherofGorgons I don’t think it’s necessarily a lack of intelligence, more a demonstration of how easily led people are - they’re all following the herd, not wanting to be the one singled out. In a very extreme version, it’s exactly why horrific events have happened throughout human history.

MotherofGorgons · 11/01/2024 23:13

I have just realised I am on 2 threads discussing this in a muddled manner, and yes, I think unconscious biases play a huge part @CaveMum.
