The Traitors will return on Wednesday 3 January from 9pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer and episodes 2 and 3 will be available on iPlayer immediately after. The show will air on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights.

The three who took time out from the challenge to get a shield and ensure they can't be murdered tonight must now have targets in their backs to be banished as they aren't team players. The best bet to get through the early stages is to not stick out by doing or saying anything controversial.

I recognised Kyra straight away when they showed her. She was on the new series of Deal or no deal! No idea what order they filmed the tv shows.

All the gossip about one of them (Zack?) saying "I'll sleep easy tonight" - I'm almost certain he said "it must be good to be able to sleep easy tonight". He's not a traitor, a prospective traitor or with a shield. Was the rumour started deliberately, of has someone just overheard wrong?

I LOVE the Traitors, this is the highlight of my TV year! I think Claudia is just perfect and I love the drama and the cloaks.
Anyway, for those loving the music, I just wanted to point out that you can listen to music of the series on BBC sounds. It’s called TV soundtracks and there’s an episode for last year and this year.
There’s also going to be a podcast discussing the show, think it’s on once a week and covers the three episodes of that week. I will be fully immersing myself in the Traitors experience!

@crabbyoldbat I’m not sure but he may just have made a passing comment meaning he was tired after the task and would sleep well due to exhaustion. We know he’s not a traitor, but they don’t and as this show has shown before people will jump on anything they perceive to be out of place.

I feel Zak (is that the right name?) is destined to be banished for saying he will sleep easily tonight, even if that's not exactly what he said. As @CaveMum said, they will pick on anything at this point. If you remember last year the lady was banished for not raising her glass to a toast and she only had one arm ffs!
