The Traitors will return on Wednesday 3 January from 9pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer and episodes 2 and 3 will be available on iPlayer immediately after. The show will air on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights.

We know Ash gets banished and so Meg must be murdered so there is no cliffhanger. After last year when Wilf got shafted in the endgame I noticed this year in the first episode that one of the traitor vows was not to identify a fellow traitor.

She could’ve done that with her vote, but she didn’t.

As there were 4 traitors it could have got quite quickly to the point where there were more traitors than faithful. I wonder what would happen then.

Yes she absolutely could have done that with her vote. Her choosing Paul and then being revealed to be a traitor would make people ponder on her choice.

Everyone suspects Meg is a traitor. So if she’s murdered then they know she’s not. I wonder if they then will suspect Paul or Andrew as a possible second traitor in the dungeon.

It’s amazing how things can change overnight. Part of me was actually impressed with Paul’s strategy within a strategy, but also amused it’s backfired and now he’s a suspect. Zack is now being listened to.

i was trying tomwork out if Diane and Ross’s accents are similar. If so, why has no one cottoned on that they come from the same place. Usually two people from the same town talk about it. Have they done this?

I think they've cut there, not because Ash says something, but because of the reactions.

Unless the Traitors are allowed a second murder as they missed the one last night, or they’re allowed to recruit / co-opt rather than murder?

I think this outcome will take the suspicion off Paul as the faithfuls have only considered the possibility of there being one traitor in the dungeon, who they've now identified.

Yes, although he was the only one arguing strongly that Ash wasn’t a Traitor, which could put suspicion on him

So Meg def murdered and hopefully suspicion will fall on Paul!

I’ll say again, Meg being murdered will put suspicion on Jasmine as Meg voted for Jasmine and said something like “I’ll find out tomorrow if you are [a traitor] if I’m murdered”. And Jasmine replied “I’m not”.

So if the traitors are smart, they’ll use that to throw suspicion on Jasmine.
