The Traitors will return on Wednesday 3 January from 9pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer and episodes 2 and 3 will be available on iPlayer immediately after. The show will air on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights.

Meg is a good call. She’s inoffensive and the only other person to vote for Diane. It would put the cat amongst the pigeons.

They'd better not banish Jonny. I quite like Meg too.

I’d like Jonny to stay in longer. He seems a good ‘campmate’ and will be good for the challenges etc.

I'd be getting rid of Kyra but to be honest she's probably going to get herself offed at the round table if she carries on being so annoying.

I don't understand why people with shields are revealing themselves, wouldn't it be better to keep it secret?

The three that revealed they had shields (presumably to show they weren't ashamed? Or some other daft reason) removed implicit protection from 6 of their fellow players. Maybe one of those dumped on will eventually notice that.

Very Tall Paul is an arse but I do find it funny that they stand him next to Ash who is a good 2ft shorter.

How do people keep it secret that they were on it? You need time off work, someone to feed the cat etc.

I think we need to be aware of the editing. Some people will hardly be shown because they just simply don’t come up in discussion. There are so many people that they can’t give them all equal airtime. They have to focus on some of them or the big personalities. This might be the case with Dianne.

I'm already hooked for another season. I love the tasks, the pacing, the setting. And Claudia is perfect as host.

It was so obvious that Miles had been picked as the 4th traitor. He looked so uncomfortable. It must all be in the edit as no one seemed to clock his change in demeanour or the fact that Paul looks demented every time murder is mentioned. I feel Paul needs to have a close eye on him once he's back in the community. He seems to have an unnatural thirst for blood.

Seriously, they way he smiled when Claudia dropped Audrey’s portrait on the floor.

@MadeOfAllWork you're right about lots of people not getting airtime at the moment. It’s like the first few weeks of Bake Off: you can work out who is safe based on how little you see them to start with!

I think Kyra would be a mistake, she’s kind of an obvious choice based on how vocal she is, but she hasn’t targeted anyone yet. Though I can see that getting rid of her might send a “don’t get too cocky” message. Personally I like the tactic of picking off those you least expect and letting the stronger ones turn on each other!

I hope Diane stays in for a while just because of the hilarious tweets!

Anthony made a great point that Dianne might be a traitor because she's been very obviously trying to rally players against someone else. Also she's very manipulative - she effectively told Ross he should vote with her, or he might be in the firing line next, which won't go down well.

IMO this will gain traction over the next day or two and, unless someone makes a boo-boo and/or becomes a bigger target, she'll be banished. They're right not to have her on the murder list.

Ash is definitely in danger too. It’ll be interesting to see what the other Traitors do if she picks up momentum during a Round Table. Do you stab your fellow traitors in the back to go with the majority and maintain cover, or do you find a way to deflect and defend them? If you’re going to backstab you better be certain they’re going to get voted off, or it’s gloves off time!

I watched this one yesterday, but might need to see it again because I don’t remember a Brian! Diane is massively annoying, but they should leave her alone and she’ll see herself off via banishment (cue Paulesque maniacal leer)

Ginger traitor looks like Vincent Van Gogh and dresses like him too. Aubrey looked like The Lorax. Ex military looks v familiar but we can’t work out who he look like.

Do we know when the Ed Gamble partner show airs/drops?

Not getting the snug vibes off Gingerman. He just seems to be pretending he's cruel when in reality he'd run away from a kitten that meowed loudly.

Really didn't like Diane. Dislike her even more for basing her banishment vote on who she's taken an irrational dislike to. Also dont like her because she's the type that accuses people of having an "ego" because that person didn't cow tow to her. Bleurgh.
