I wonder what excitement Christmas will bring.

My Christmas Wish is Simon decides to join the Navy and disappears for 5 years and returns with a New Head.

Gemma and ChesNay get rehomed far, far away...

My first thought was is Simon tall enough to join the navy. Google tells me that he would need to be 157cm so i think he would just about make it. 😁

Peter was in submarines...would small people be well suited to the cramped space? (Was Keith Duffy in submarines...he is tall).
Is there a special facility the the Gemma family could be sent to. Like the bold girl school Hope was in.

I hope tonight’s episode is an improvement on the last few episodes. The run up to Christmas should be enjoyable but Corrie is dire at the moment. How can the scriptwriters and producers think what they are giving their audience is interesting and good drama?surely they have some level of talent and can spot how boring it has become. I watch classic Corrie and love the in-depth characters who interact with each other and we see them living their daily lives as well as being in high profile storylines. I keep banging on about it as I am hoping someone in the production team at Corrie has the sense to be monitoring social media so can see what the viewers are saying.

When Simon is sitting at the bar with a pint in front of him he looks even more out of place and under age although he's not. I feel sorry for him as am sure he's capable of some proper acting if only he had the chance. 😏

Christmas predictions:

Ryan's skin will be nearly better
Daisy will realise that Daniel knows, but Daniel won't know that she knows that he knows
Gemma will open her mouth so wide that a small passing ice-cream van drives into it

Both he and the Chesney actor started as child actors and I don't think they really crossed over well into the adult role.
