I love eating the cubes of jelly you get before they are dissolved in water. Haven't done that for years.

Jelly in NZ comes in crystal form (before you add water). There are delicious biscuits and slices that use jelly crystals on top as extra decoration & flavouring.

It used to be 'vegan' but then 'vegan' was declared a belief that extended to more than food (like clothes and lifestyle) and 'proper vegans' became a bit militant over it and so it's now 'plant-based'
