I can make cauliflower cheese better than this (including Marcus's) and I am rubbish.

If it's not a bowl full of cauliflower and far too much cheese sauce I don't want it. Two little florets and no extra sauce doesn't count.

Hang on smoked haddock is luminous yellow, or it was in our house. First time I bought mum undyed haddock, she thought I’d bought the wrong one.

It's the wedding anniversary today so I said to DH I would cook whatever he wanted. He chose the Hairy Bikers Cottage Pie with Cheesy Mash. The presentation isn't quite Masterchef but he's a happy man.
