Parsnips and cauliflower are two of my holy trinity of vegetables, the other being potatoes.

This appears so much more approachable to get at least part correct.

Love smoked haddock in milk. Reminds me of my mum who also loved it. But a dessert of gaviscon is required.

Haven't had smoked haddock for donkey's years. Was a great favourite of my grandmother.

Roasted (or air fried) cauliflower sprinkled with salt, pepper, garlic powder and lemon juice is divine

I was watching Ina Garten, the self-described Barefoot Contessa, the other day, solemnly instructing her viewers on how to cut up cauliflower for cooking. Apparently it’s a puzzle to some people.
