I love an egg custard tart.

I made Portguese ones when my kids learned about Portugal and they were amazing. Orange zest in the custard with the nutmeg. SO GOOD.

Reading the Radio Times reviews of this episode one of them does a Marcus recipe. I reckon it's Dan with the custard tart. Marcus is dismissive.
