I'm not sure it'll reach the heights of the BBC ALW shows (I loved those!), but I'm going to give it a go.

Wasn’t sure at first but improved as the song went on. Loved the crescendo bit.

Marcelka and Leah I think, although I like Leah, just not right for this role.

I agree Marcellus needs to go.

Loved Stevie and Stephanie tonight.

Marcellus or Zach to go. Can’t call the women - I think it should be Leah but Stephanie wasn’t that great tonight.

Leah would do well in a pure singing role

I love Desdemona's voice, she's the one I'd most want to watch - however is her voice more suited to a "harder" musical e.g. a Les Mis or Cats? It's almost haunting and she's the only one to have given me goosebumps so far, a far weeks ago

Would have sent Marcellus over Zackiel. But he was bottom 2 last week as well.

I think both were the right decision. Marcellus was weaker this week but Zachiel was in the bottom 2 last week and hasn’t had any really good vocals IIRC.

Surprised Desmonda was bottom 2. I don’t think that was deserved.

I think the right two went but I also wouldn’t have had Desmonda in the bottom two. I would have put Stephanie there.

I would have sent Marcellus home over Zachkiel. Desmond is fabulous but she's not a Sophie. She needs tragedy!

Desmonda should not have been bottom two. I thought as me and forget his name doing true colours was hilariously bad. Dj couldn’t recognise the song

Stevie and Stephanie were great all round performers tonight. Esme was much improved. Desmonda is the best singer by far, but not as much stage presence perhaps.

Poor Leah was almost out by default. I did think she was hampered by her outfit, it looked like she was in pyjamas. I know the song was Night Fever, but I don't think that was what was in mind.

I think the best man tonight was Tobias, but not by a mile.

I can’t see Desmonda as Sophie - her voice is almost too good.

I really liked their performance, I thought they, and Stevie and whichever Skye she was with (can't remember his name!), were by far my favourites tonight. I thought Stephanie's vocals were weak. And agree that Leah's pyjamas were not the best look!

I think they made the right decision although Marcellus would have not been an unfair elimination either. I was surprised to see Desmonda in the bottom although perhaps given she said she was not as confident with dancing, perhaps that worked against her this week.

I'm sad to see people don't like Man-Bun Craig - he's my favourite. Though Tobias was pretty good last night too, even though I've not really noticed him before.

As with a lot of these shows, I think so much can come down to song choice, especially when they are chosen for them. I do think it's right to focus on pop over MT. I don't think we should have had wall to wall Abba because that would have been really boring week after week, but I also don't think we should have all MT because this isn't your typical Lloyd Webber-esque how. Being able to sing Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again nicely doesn't mean you'll smash Honey Honey.

They used to sing a lot of pop in the BBC ALW ones too, and then you'd get more MT later on I think. I remember one poor Jesus (ok, that was ITV) trying to sing Titanium.

You always got a big MT sing-off though.
