I thought that was boring and about as scary as Rainbow.

I also saw it has Sex in? Is there much?

Hmmmm. I’ve watched 2 episodes. The first one was utter shit and we were about to give up. The second one was much better.

Still nothing has been a patch on Haunting of Hill house. Getting more and more irked by Mike Flanagan using the same actors time and time again. It’s not even justified; Henry Thomas is more wooden then a flat pack ikea cabinet!

I love it. Possibility of being better than Midnight Mass which is my favourite of his on Netflix, Haunting of Hill House a close second

Second episode last night and it’s really getting going. I’m really enjoying all the Poe references.

Best thing I’ve watched in a while. Def recommend. Very dark, very gruesome but ultimately a satisfying watch.

Loved it. Not quite as much as Hill House, but very engaging. Mark Hamill especially.

Hang in there. Henry Thomas has lots coming.

I started watching it but lost interest half way through episode 2. Should I keep watching?

I’m enjoying it, not as good as haunting of hill house or midnight mass but when I went to get DS from work earlier I was hoping to god not to see a black cat so it must be having the desired effect.

It definitely gets more interesting. And messier...

Just finished episode 3. Still undecided. It thinks it’s oh so clever. Hated the lemons monologue.

I've just finished the season, loved it and had me totally gripped!

Came on to see if there is already a thread. I'm on episode five. I am enjoying it and really want to know where it's going. On episode four. I'm wondering how the beginning is going to tie into the story.

I'm enjoying it but it's very different to haunting of hill house which was my favourite.

A bit too much sex and nudity and I'm not a prude I just find it boring honestly, much prefer more blood, gore and jump scares. Although there's plenty of them too.

I was expecting the same actors as the director always put a handful of the same ones in everything he does including his wife and I am starting to get bored of them now sorry!

It's definitely interesting and I'm eager to see where it goes, I'm only up to episode 4.

@Severalreasons there's barely any sex or nudity? I've watched it all and don't remember any apart from the party Perry throws

There's plenty of nudity..OK thinking back maybe not much actual sex, but nudity there's plenty of. My opinion

I'm enjoying it. I love the way it uses a different Poe story as inspiration for each episode. I also like that the showrunner uses the same cast. I'm only sad that Victoria Pedretti isn't in it.
