“My Mum, Your Dad is a British dating reality show that is set to begin airing on ITV1 on 11 September 2023. It will be presented by Davina McCall and follows middle-aged single parents heading to a romance retreat for a second chance at love which is overseen by their children.”

From a Google for the show it appears there is already 1 season of the US called My Mom, Your Dad. So presumably the same format.

Anyone planning to watch?

Is this the show that was billed in the media as an upcoming middle aged Love Island earlier this year?

I don't think any news has made it out but it probably will now the final programme has aired.

I googled before this episode, no-one has said if theyre still together or not.. i suspect they weren't allowed to.

I absolutely loved this series! I hope Elliott and Sharon are still together. They have similar jobs and I loved the fact he was so patient with her and she thawed towards him so slowly without feeling the need to play up for the cameras etc. I am going to miss this series! We need a post-show reunion episode already!

William in particular was such a lovely lad.

I don’t know how they’re going to make a second season now that the “spoiler” is out about the kids being the experts, keeping that quiet was quite a big part of the show and I wonder what they’ll do to make a new season interesting without that secret aspect.

I wonder if Monique (or Tolullah) is kicking herself about lovely Martin H now?

Totally agree about William, love him! Also have been thinking the whole way through how naturally stunning Natalie is. There’s just something really lovely about her, without even trying.

I felt weird every time Monique’s daughter had to go near creepy Martin. I just kept thinking he probably likes her 😩 I felt like there had been a chunk of it missed out where her daughter will have said absolutely no hope in hell are you getting my blessing with this plonker. It seemed to just skim over all of that and they were casually saying there had been a huge change and now she didn’t like him anymore 🤔

So happy for Janey and Roger but after it finished I did slightly think how bizarre it is to call it a family unit when you’ve just met the folk 2 weeks ago 😂 Hopefully they’re still together though!

I agree. I would have liked to see them stay in and have more time. Clayton and Caroline's time seemed particularly cut short. I'd like to know how they're all doing a few months on, not just the couples.

Yes me too! Elliot's son Zach if that's who you mean. He looks so familiar to me too but cannot place it! Almost gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. Maybe someone from my youth!

I could definitely see the way he looked at Mazey this episode, I do think there's something there as per the rumours.

Janey looked fantastic earlier when her hair was in a quiff at the front. I really want to know if she and Roger stayed together.
