I think Mel and her mother will butt heads a lot - I see her mother becoming exasperated with her spendy ways. Alex irritates the life out of me, I just find him so prissy. Love the siblings and Harry's mum will be done in before they've even reached the halfway point.

I find Alex quite annoying too although his dad seems fine.
Harry's mum is 2 years older than me but I'd say she looks a good 10 years old that me and my group of friends. I felt sorry for her when she said she'd missed Harry growing up as he was so young when McFly became big. Everybody thinks they're living the dream but don't think of those at home. Fun lady though.

Interesting - Harry’s mum really rubbed me up the wrong way. Describing her sons success as a type of bereavement just because he was no longer dependent on her or there for her to feed him egg and soldiers. Not only insulting to those who have actually lost children, but it had an air of a controlling nature about it!

(disclaimer that I know these things are edited and that I am only going on what I see. She may be a lovely lady in real life and has just come across not so well to me on the show!)

Especially considering Harry went to boarding school - she must have been used to him not being around much.

I got the impression they were trying to come up with their 'story' but it did seem to be reaching a bit.

Alex is annoying he could do with some of Billy’s attitude. He must be in pain, but just doesn’t moan but Alex couldn’t even eat a tiny bit of Octopus!
Harry is so lovely to his mum.
