Not sure I want to see any more sulky teenagers. The actor is probably 30 years old, like Brady.

I see that Lily is 27 in real life, WTF next - Rock is actually a grandmother?? (Grandparent I mean)

Wyatt (Logan Souza) does appear to a genuine teenager and not even like a 19-year-old - this is a link to an article from a radio station's website, I wouldn't click on it as it's one of those which throws up various popups and appears to be mostly ad content.

I should say to avoid anyone else having to click, he's 15. Rock (Alexa Swinton) similarly appears to be an actual 14-year-old.

I’m actually glad the Lily actress is late 20s, otherwise her doing “romantic” scenes with the Brady actor would be seriously ick. I assume that’s why they use older actors if the story potentially includes sex or allusions to sex, to avoid any accusations of exploitation of teen actors on a very adult centric set.

I was puzzling over Che’s eyebrows too, so arched and high.

Divorce is absolutely bloody brilliant, until the final season (S3?) where it all goes very weird and it feels like all the best writers left quickly and the studio didn’t know what to do. SJP is a wonderful comic actress and she really goes for it in Divorce.

I am loving New Corporate Miranda’s wardrobe.

I had an image in my mind of Nya and Lisa hosting a joint baby shower, where they are both pregnant. Not sure if I just dreamt it up, but all the sex Nya has had with that random from Tinder could just do the trick.

If anyone is watching the new series of Billions, Alexa Swinton features in that too which I confess I’d forgotten, a bit like I’d forgotten the fact that Nya is in ‘The morning Show’ too.

May I add to the praise for Cagney and Lacey? Loved it. How much Mary Beth talked about ‘Harv’-I can still picture him now. And Petrie, the resident station ladies man…

I think you mean Isbecki @GellerYeller ! He was the ladies' man and the baddie from the Karate Kid, Petrie was much more of a family man.

I always remember the fantastic opening credits when Mary Beth and Christine had arrested someone and a man opened his mac and flashed them as they walked past holding the suspect. They yelled something at him and kept walking, we never worked out what they were saying.

Happy memories of watching this on Friday nights, also Dynasty and The Gentle Touch.

Thomas Haden Church is really handsome (imo). They had to give him the tache to explain Frances getting the ick with him. She says that she's trying to like it in the first episode, before everything goes completely downhill. It really is a horrible, ratty, seedy porn star thing (shudder!)

Oh my ‘The Gentle Touch’ what a flashback, big hair memories. Also Dempsey and Makepeace- great theme tune too, now they had chemistry on screen (off screen too, obvs!😆) and fabulous styling for police officers. Sorry going off thread topic, but so good to get these TV drama reminders from my very much younger days.

I was always touched by the marriage of the much younger Alfred Molina and the Gentle Touch’s Jill Gascoigne. He nursed her through dementia I think? Ditto Juliet Mills and Maxwell Caulfield (no dementia but he obviously loved her despite the age gap)

Going back to LWT’s news, a pregnancy in your mid-50s, whilst uncommon is not impossible because it happened to me at the age of 54. It ended badly and was quite traumatic so I hope the writers don’t go there.

On a lighter note, I think I have to go back and rewatch the last two episodes to marvel at the painted on abs 😂

@tribpot Isbecki, thankyou! I was quite young when it was shown! Weirdly, I’ve recently run a quiz at work and our picture round was to identify TV detectives- The Gentle Touch, Cagney and Lacey, Dempsey and Makepeace etc!

@ReeseWitherfork I can't say I know the area well but I've been to the Perry St location twice. Great vibe around there and gorgeous buildings. Both times I went there was tape across the bottom steps, presumably to stop the hoardes of young women that were milling around from sitting on the steps for selfies.

Didn't Alfred Molina start a relationship with the woman he went on to marry while Jill Gascoine was in a care home? I know she wouldn't have been aware but it struck me as quite cold to announce it while she was still alive.

Here's something I didn't know - Rosemarie DeWitt, who played Aidan's ex, is married to Ron Livingston aka Berger IRL!
