I definitely agree Aiden is going to finish with Carrie, I just hope she does move in to the fabulous new apartment. I was wincing at all those high heels on the wooden floors, though.

Charlotte as chilled mom did not sound plausible, I agree, but I did like her calm defence of the time her job is taking her away from the family.

It seems a bit cliche for Kasabian(?) the gallery guy to be something of a sleaze. If that’s where they’re going with him. Like the guy in SATC who got Carrie drunk at Vogue and tried it on with her in the fashion cupboard.
What a shame that a mature woman can’t just be seen as successfully working rather than as a vehicle for a tired storyline.

Forgot to add, I am fully in love with that green bomber jacket, the one to meet Aidan’s ex. I just couldn’t carry off the full outfit, but I’d be v.happy with just the jacket. Carrie and Aiden are incompatible when it comes down to what jackets they wore this season…

That apartment, omg,Big must've left her millions!! Hope she paid back Charlotte the 40k she borrowed from her for the flat deposit - unbelievable plot line, I can't imagine expecting my best friend to sell her ring and give me the proceeds because I'd spend all money on shoes 😱

Words I bet you never thought you'd type when watching series 1 or the start of this season! I feel like it's a completely different show now, and, despite abiding annoyances (Che) will really miss it too.

I really enjoyed this weeks episode. It actually felt like old school SATC. Surprise pregnancy seems right in keeping with the show even if it’s worn in general!

Well, absolutely! I was so horrified by the first 2 episodes of series 2 that I almost gave up. So glad I didn't. There are still awful cringe moments aplenty but the series has got so much better, and the clothes are spectacular

One of the mums at my DD’s primary school had a very late life baby (50’s) was not the menopause after all! I thought we were supposed to think LTW was mid 40’s? She looks fab for her age IRL though. I would NOT be on telly in my scanties and we are the same age. 😂

Obvs earlier I forgot to mention the cameo by real life Ryan from Million Dollar Listings. He did not disappoint in the camping up department 🤣

Oh yes, Ryan- fun dialogue with Seema just recently I saw a random episode of MDLNYC from about 8 years ago, so I went down a rabbit hole to see what he and the others were up to these days, particularly in their personal lives to see if marriage and children happened for them it was fun to see him appearing and not too hammy acting either.

The speculation on Reddit was that Samantha would be coming back because Carrie and Aiden were going to get engaged but maybe that’s actually not the case!? I love that the CEO of HBO called her personally to ask what they could do to get her to come back!

The horror show that is Aidan just gets worse. Did you notice his little old man legs as he struggled to bend down?

Yes, another glaring error - don't know why they keep doing this. There's no way the original Scout would have been in Brooklyn - it would have been talked about ad nauseam along with Miranda's house move there. The only possibility is that the bar changed location at some point.
