I only came in at the jackfruit doughnut tonight. Wankery really is the word. Horrible looking/sounding food, judged by random scientists, whose qualification seemed to be that they’d watched the odd episode of Masterchef and knew the noises to make. What a very odd set-up for this late in the process.
